Women’s Health: Eat 3 leaves first thing in the morning on an empty stomach to control periods.

Basil Tea:

The easiest way to consume basil in the morning is to drink basil tea. You can drink basil tea instead of milk tea every morning. You need to boil 8 to 10 basil leaves in 200ml water in a tea pan. Boil the water till it reduces a little. Sieve it and drink it with honey.

Coriander:

It is a natural detox drink that flushes out toxins from the body. It has natural diuretic effects. It lowers body temperature to fight free radicals. Helps regulate insulin. So taking coriander leaves is very useful for women.

How to use it?

Grind a few coriander leaves, a tablespoon of lemon juice and a pinch of rock salt in 200 milliliters of water. Take this juice in a glass and drink it.

Curry leaves:

Curry leaves can prove to be very useful in promoting blood circulation. It has many antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial properties along with iron, folic acid. It helps to maintain hormonal balance in the body. Swelling of women’s body can prevent many health problems.

How to take curry powder?

4 to 5 curry leaves can be chewed on an empty stomach in the morning after washing them well. You can boil 8 to 10 curry leaves in 200 ml water and strain this water and drink it. After grinding curry leaves, its extract can be drunk.
