Calcium is present in foods like green vegetables, milk, curd, paneer etc. Consuming at least half a liter to 30 liters of milk or milk products per day will provide enough calcium per day. At least half an hour of exposure to the sun daily is sufficient for vitamin D. Eating at least 2,000 calories of energy-dense food every day will not only increase your height but also increase your weight. Do brisk walking, running, playing any games for thirty to sixty minutes a day.

At least eight hours of sleep is required every night. If you take all these precautions, you will not have any difficulty in growing as much as you can.
