Not having a peaceful night’s sleep? But try this..

Is there a diet solution for insomnia?

With age, the body’s need for sleep decreases. However, they also need at least six hours of sleep. Anxiety and lack of physical activity can cause insomnia in some people. Food also plays a role in getting a good night’s sleep. Some of this problem can be countered by eating foods that help produce the sleep hormone melatonin. Some scientific researches show that half an hour before going to bed, consuming warm milk, sprouted ragu flour, banana, kiwi fruit, almonds or cashew nuts can help you sleep. Also, eating small amounts of rice instead of bread at dinner is beneficial. Cortisol, a hormone produced in the body when anxiety is high, is also a cause of insomnia. Doing yoga and pranayama is good for reducing anxiety.
