Morning Phase (6 AM to 10 AM):

  • Rise from bed before sunrise.
  • Start your day by detoxifying your digestive system with warm water to facilitate complete elimination.
  • Cleanse your mouth and wash your eyes.
  • Engage in physical activities such as Surya Namaskar, stretching, or walking to invigorate your system, enhance digestion, and promote a sense of peace.
  • After exercise, take a refreshing bath and wear comfortable clothing.
  • Dedicate time to prayer and meditation, fostering calmness and contentment.
  • Enjoy a nutritious breakfast, selecting warm and nourishing foods to keep you satisfied until lunchtime.

Midday Phase (10 AM to 2 PM):

  • This period is known for its peak productivity.
  • Work with confidence and maximum capacity.
  • Your metabolism is at its highest during this time, so aim to have your main meal between 12 PM and 1 PM.
  • Include a variety of tastes in your meal, from sweet to bitter.
  • Take a leisurely walk after lunch to aid digestion.

Afternoon Phase (2 PM to 6 PM):

  • The afternoon is a time for conscious relaxation to feel refreshed and energized.
  • You may study or engage in tasks that require less concentration.
  • Spend time outdoors, practicing deep breathing or gentle stretches.
  • Socialize and connect with others.
  • Enjoy herbal tea, like tulsi tea, if desired.

Evening Phase (6 PM to 10 PM):
