  • Everyone has curd in their house. If you eat curd, it will cool your stomach. Along with this, sleep is good. Apart from this, you can add lemon juice or some turmeric to the curd and make a hair mask. After half an hour, wash it off. Doing this often will make the hair soft.
  • Just mix a tablespoon of gram flour, a tablespoon of curd and a pinch of turmeric from the can into a paste. Applying this mixture on the face will lighten the skin. Spots and scratches are removed.
  • Drinking lemon juice during summer brings relief. You can cut the same lemon in two and rub the slices on your face like a scrub. Doing this will reduce the inflammation on the face. Feels fresh.
  • Applying aloe vera gel and honey on the face will remove pimples and blemishes. If there is redness and inflammation, it will go away.
  • Mix two tablespoons of oat powder, two tablespoons of yogurt and a little coconut oil in a bowl. After mixing it well.. just apply it on the face.. the skin of the face will be healthy.
  • If you have brown sugar at home, you can add a few drops of coconut oil to it and use it as a scrub.
  • If you grind hibiscus leaves and hibiscus flowers in equal parts and apply the paste as a hair mask, your hair will be healthy.
  • If you want to eat bananas or papaya, you should first mash them. Applying this paste on the face makes the face glow.
