Experts advise not to go out in the sun unless there is some urgent work to be done. There is a risk of sunstroke. That’s why if proper precautions are not taken then you might hit with sunstroke.

It is better not to go out from 11 pm to 3 pm. So you have to take measures to protect yourself from the sun.

It is better to eat healthy foods to protect yourself from heatstroke. Otherwise we are prone to sunburn. Greens, vegetables, fruits and buttermilk should be consumed. Eating greens is not good. It is better to stay away from spices, salt, pepper and oils. Therefore, it is good to take many measures to escape from the heat during summer.

If you have to go out for any work, you should wear white clothes. Take care there is a chance of getting sunburned. Take bottled water. Adding lemon juice to it is even better.Doing this will protect us from sun heat.

In summer our body becomes hot. If the amount of water in the body decreases, there is a risk of sunburn. So we should drink buttermilk to keep our body cool. With this,  Cover the face with white cloth.  A cap should be worn on the scalp. Drinking water should be carried in a bottle. Drink whenever you are thirsty.
